Yes. Browsing, creating an account and requesting a professional are free. When a job is paid through TruxPylot you pay the agreed price. TruxPylot adds no fee of its own; Paystack’s payment processing charge is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Search the marketplace by name, business, service or location, or browse by service. You can filter to verified professionals only. Open a profile to see services, starting prices, portfolio and reviews, then use “Request this service”. Our Customer Service team reviews the request and connects you.

Request → Customer Service review → Quote → Pay → Work → Delivery → Confirmation (within 7 days) → Payout to the professional.

For jobs paid through TruxPylot, only after you confirm the job is complete and TruxPylot releases the payout. Nobody is paid when you pay or when work starts.

Use “Report a problem” on the job before the payout is released. No payout is made while TruxPylot reviews it; the team then either releases the payout or refunds you through Paystack.

Yes. Before you pay, at no cost. After paying but before work starts, you can cancel from the job page for a full refund through Paystack. Once work has started, use “Report a problem” and TruxPylot reviews it.

You have 7 days to confirm or report a problem after the professional marks the job complete. After that, TruxPylot reviews the job and may mark it complete for you. Nothing is paid automatically.

Reviews can only be left by the customer on a job after confirming it is complete, once per job.

Register, pay the one-time ₦1,000 verification review fee (non-refundable) and upload your identity or trade documents. Once you have listed at least one service your profile can appear in the marketplace, labelled “Not yet verified” until our team approves your documents; after approval it shows the TruxPylot Verified badge. Verification is optional to appear, but customers can filter to verified professionals only.

0% of the job price for jobs paid through TruxPylot, deducted from your payout. Premium (₦15,000, one-time) and Instant Adverts are optional.

Add and verify your payout account in your dashboard. When a customer confirms a paid job is complete, TruxPylot releases your payout to that account through Paystack.

No. TruxPylot does not keep a wallet for you; payouts go straight to your verified bank account. If you had a balance in the old wallet, TruxPylot support pays it out to your payout account.

Yes, at any time except while a payout to your current account is being processed. You are emailed whenever it changes.

Yes. Register as a business with your business name and registration number and complete verification. Customers can request your business profile directly.
