How TruxPylot works

For customers

1. Find a professional. Browse the marketplace by service. Profiles show services and starting prices, portfolio work, experience, and reviews that come only from completed jobs.
2. Request. Use “Request this service” on the profile (a free customer account is needed). Our Customer Service team reviews each request and confirms the professional’s availability.
3. Quote. Customer Service opens the job and the professional sends you a quote. You accept it or cancel.
4. Pay. You pay the accepted quote through Paystack’s secure checkout. Nobody is paid at this point.
5. Work. The professional carries out the job. Until work starts you can cancel for a full refund.
6. Delivery. The professional marks the job complete and you are notified.
7. Confirmation. Confirm the job within 7 days once you are satisfied, or use “Report a problem”. If you do neither, TruxPylot reviews the job before deciding whether to mark it complete; nothing is paid automatically.
8. Payout. After confirmation, TruxPylot releases the professional’s payout to their verified bank account. You can then leave a review.

For professionals

1. Register as an individual professional or as a business.
2. Get verified. Pay the one-time verification review fee (see Pricing) and upload your identity or trade documents. Once our team approves them, your profile shows the TruxPylot Verified badge. Until then, if you have listed a service, your profile appears labelled “Not yet verified”.
3. Receive requests. Customer requests reach you through TruxPylot Customer Service.
4. Add your payout account. Verify the bank account that should receive your payouts. Paystack confirms the account holder name.
5. Get paid after completion. For jobs paid through TruxPylot, your payout is created when the customer confirms the job is complete, and TruxPylot releases it to your payout account.

For businesses and organisations

Businesses register with their business name and registration number and go through the same verification. Customers request the business profile directly, and the business account is the one that receives the payout for its jobs.

TruxPylot handles the coordination of jobs. Businesses keep their business information and team details up to date.
