What “TruxPylot Verified” means

A professional or business earns the “TruxPylot Verified” badge after uploading identity or trade documents and the TruxPylot team reviewing and approving them. Businesses also give their business name and registration number when they sign up.

Not yet verified professionals. Professionals who have registered and listed their services, but whose documents have not been approved yet, can also appear in the marketplace. They are clearly labelled “Not yet verified” and have no badge. Use the “Verified professionals only” filter in marketplace search to see only verified profiles. Every request, to any professional, is still reviewed by our Customer Service team, and professionals whose verification was rejected are not listed.

What it does not mean: verification confirms that the documents were reviewed. It is not a licence, a certification of skill, or a guarantee of the quality of any particular job.

Reviews

Only the customer on a job can review it, and only after confirming the job is complete. Each job can be reviewed once. Reviewers are shown by first name and last initial.

The TruxPylot Score

A score out of 100 based on activity on TruxPylot: customer ratings (30), completed jobs (20), reliability (15), response rate and speed (10), profile completeness (10), approved portfolio work (5), share of jobs reviewed (5) and recent activity (5).

It is shown publicly only after a professional has at least 5 completed jobs and 3 ratings; before that the profile shows “New Professional”.

Customer Service checks

Every service request is reviewed by our Customer Service team, which confirms the professional’s availability before connecting you. Portfolio posts are reviewed before they appear publicly.

Staying safe

• Pay through TruxPylot so the professional is paid only after the job is confirmed complete. Money paid outside TruxPylot is not covered by our payment process.
• TruxPylot staff will never ask for your password, sign-in codes or authenticator codes.
• Turn on 2-step verification in your account settings.
• Share your address only for a job you have booked.
• If a professional behaves inappropriately, use “Report this professional” on their profile or contact Support.

Your information

Verification documents are stored privately and seen only by authorized reviewers. Professionals’ phone numbers and payout details are not shown on public profiles. See our Privacy Policy.
